SHENDEMedical was established in May 2013, located in Xuhui District, Shanghai. 

The company has carried out technical breakthrough and productized operation of the phase controlled high-intensity focused ultrasound precise non-invasive treatment system guided by magnetic resonance, a major scientific and technological achievement of Academician Chen Yazhu's team for 23 years, and is committed to developing and producing domestic high-end non-invasive medical equipment with full intellectual property rights for non-invasive treatment of major diseases such as tumors and nervous system. 

The company is a mass entrepreneurship and innovation team composed of Academician Chen Yazhu of Shanghai Jiaotong University as the general consultant, Professor Shen Guofeng as the leader and nearly 20 doctors and masters trained by Shanghai Jiaotong University. 

At present, the company has established "Shanghai Jiaotong University SHENDEMedical Ultrasonic Precision Medical Joint Research and Development Center", and has built three major industrial bases in Shanghai, Ningbo and Nantong, with Shanghai SHENDEMedical as the main body.
